How to Book Pay-and-Go Hours?

Direct Calendar Access:

• Visit the main calendar page on our website via this link.
• Alternatively, you can directly access your teacher’s calendar page via the “MY SPACE” link in your teacher’s email signature.
• TIP: We recommend bookmarking the calendar page, classroom, and Meet links.

How do I register for a calendar account?
Sign in or continue as a guest:

• If you already have a calendar account, sign in at the top right of the login area.
• Guests without an account can use the calendar as a guest and proceed directly to booking.
• After booking, you have the option to create an account to manage future bookings more easily.

Make an Appointment:

Select appointment type and assign a teacher:

• Choose the type of appointment (Individual, Group, Children, or Accent Masterclass), the duration (30 min for children, 60, 90, or 120 min) and your assigned teacher or replacement teacher.

Set Time Zone and Schedule Appointment:

• Set an optional tip and your time zone and do not forget to click SET TIME ZONE!

You can book a

• single appointment with “continue“:
• multiple different appointments with “add time“:

• or recurring appointments (“recurring“) for scheduling routines while still giving you the option to add different times if necessary:

Provide Booking Details & Pay

• Enter your personal details if you are not registered, and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Proceed with the payment to confirm your appointment.

Each booking triggers a confirmation email containing all relevant information, including a link to reschedule the appointment if necessary. You will also automatically receive an invoice via email, which you can adjust independently. Utilize the opportunity to integrate your appointments into your personal calendar and register for an account to centrally manage all booking details.
